Mahakanadarawa lake

The view from the summit was so amazing, that I couldn’t
resist my temptation to come back early morning on the
following day and by 4.00, I was at the place where the
mountain trail started. I had the mobile phone torch to see the
path and started the climb carrying the camera with two
lenses plus the tripod. One consolation during the climb was
when you lookup through the canopy of trees I could see the
fading stars and the gradually lighting sky. By 6.00 am I was on
the top and witnessed one of the ever memorable sunrises
with such and array of colours over mist capped lowlands and
Mahakanadarawa lake.
